02 — What's Included

Scope Definitions.

SVC-01

Field Service Engineering

Manufacturer-trained engineers dispatched to your site. Replaces fusers, drums, developer housings and motion-control subassemblies. OEM-grade diagnostic software only.

SVC-02

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled PM protocol per model, including belt tension, color-separation alignment, developer housings, air filters and fume-hood integrity checks.

SVC-03

Color-Baseline Audit

For PrimeLink / Versant / Iridesse: monthly G7 or Fogra PSO re-baseline with spectrophotometer measurement and report log attached to your contract file.

SVC-04

Parts & Toner Logistics

Auto-replenishment triggered by SNMP thresholds. Genuine-Xerox consumables only; we track lot numbers per machine for warranty traceability.

SVC-05

Operator Training

On-site operator and key-operator certifications — production press care, daily calibration protocol and escalation procedures.

SVC-06

Fleet Reporting

Monthly dashboards: impression counts, toner consumption, fault-code frequency and MTBF trend per machine. Delivered as CSV and PDF.
